Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping on all OffGrid Pro™ units within the continental U.S.
  • Our first crate ships out in October 2026 with guaranteed November 2026 delivery.
  • Once inventory is in stock, orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow your order in real time.
  • If we are sold out, we will let you know.
  • Our Founders Launch Crate begins shipping in October 2026, with guaranteed November delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind every OffGrid Pro™ and want you to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not, we’ve kept the return process simple:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the unit is received and inspected.

Note: While shipping to you is free, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless there is a manufacturer defect.
