Welcome to bildpower.io. By purchasing from or using our site, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We keep this simple, clear, and aligned with our mission of transparency.

Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Pricing is listed in U.S. dollars.
  • We accept secure payments through trusted third-party processors.

Shipping

  • We provide free standard shipping within the continental U.S.
  • Founders Launch Crate units ship beginning October 10, 2025, with guaranteed November delivery.
  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the product is delivered.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be returned in original condition with packaging and accessories.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Warranty

  • Every OffGrid Pro™ includes a 2-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
  • The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized modifications, or cosmetic damage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BILD Power shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
